SMS & Messaging Terms

These SMS & Messaging Terms ("Messaging Terms") describe how Inventfin Capital, LLC ("Inventfin," "we," "us," or "our") communicates with you via SMS (Short Message Service) text messages and WhatsApp. By opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to these Messaging Terms. These terms supplement our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Program Description

Inventfin Capital, LLC offers SMS and WhatsApp messaging programs to provide timely information to our clients and prospective clients. Our messaging programs include:

  • Service Communications: Appointment reminders, consultation follow-ups, document requests, and status updates related to equipment financing, leasing arrangements, or consulting engagements.

2. Consent and Opt-In

You may opt in to receive SMS and/or WhatsApp messages from Inventfin Capital by:

  • Providing your mobile number to an Inventfin representative and verbally or electronically consenting to receive messages
  • Texting a designated keyword to our phone number
  • Initiating a WhatsApp conversation with our business number

By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS text messages and/or WhatsApp messages from Inventfin Capital, LLC at the mobile number you provided. You understand that consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Inventfin Capital and the type of messages you receive. Typical frequencies include:

WhatsApp Messages

You may opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time by:

  • Replying "STOP" or "Unsubscribe" to our WhatsApp message
  • Blocking our WhatsApp number

Opting out of marketing messages will not affect service-related or transactional messages that are necessary to fulfill active service agreements, unless you request full cessation of all communications.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS messaging service is designed to work with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Boost Mobile, and Virgin Mobile. Service availability is not guaranteed on all carriers, and functionality may vary depending on your carrier and device.

8. Message Content

Messages from Inventfin Capital may include:

  • Consultation scheduling and reminders
  • Follow-ups on service inquiries or financing applications
  • Updates on equipment orders, installations, or lease status
  • Informational content about dental industry trends and solutions
  • Promotional offers for consulting, financing, or vendor services
  • Requests for documents or information related to active engagements

9. Privacy and Data Use

Your mobile phone number and messaging consent data are collected and used solely to deliver the messages you have opted in to receive and to manage our messaging programs. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Our third-party messaging service providers may have access to your phone number for the sole purpose of delivering messages on our behalf. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and may not use it for any other purpose.

10. Disclaimer

Inventfin Capital is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected messages, including but not limited to messages that are undeliverable due to technical issues with your carrier, device settings, or network.
